Lets face it - any religion that wants to control the way you think and live is just wrong. Oddly enough, this is also the majority of the organized religions that are currently practiced today.

I must disagree with the description. The Muslims who " believe that it is OK to teach hatred and violence in the name of their religion" are very likely not the same ones who think of Islam as "a religion of peace, love and harmony." In the same vein, I don't think that one would associate more open and tolerant Christian churches with those who call for Christian law to be enacted as American law and intelligent design to be taught alongside Darwinian evolution.

It's incredibly easy to find very, very nasty stuff in the koran. Therefore if you are a true believer, and follow it to the letter, then you will commit very, very nasty acts.

and Christianity is so much better? people always fight over things they disagree in, but catholics and protestants have been killing each other since the great schizm and they believe in the same damn thing. islam doesn't have to prove shit. religion is religion. they're all the same. They're mostly all based around peace with a few quacks in them that make everyone look bad.
