That’s horrible. Customers all too often don’t understand that because you are waiting a long time does not mean that the server hates you. Even though they may look straight at you it may just not be clicking. Think about your own job, have you never stared at something and thought ”This should make sense,” but your mind just didn’t accept it for whatever reason? Picture that as a person who now. I bet these people made no attempt to even attract attention to themselves because ”we shouldn’t have to.” Get a life all of you who can ignore your own errors at work but then get in a huff when someone else messes up their hamburger lunch.
