This is a mental block created because of lack of education that pushes the very cause of having a women only cyber cafe. Cyber cafes cannot be saggrigated as men and women outlets, no one has to go and strip in there... A stupid thought considering the rate at which the world is developing but a noble one taking into consideration the country involved. Only the advent of systematic education could change this for them.
